Recipe: no-waste carrot top pesto

Ingredients:

1-2 bunches of carrot tops (just the feathery part, not the stem),

A handful of basil

30g of chopped Walnuts

100ml of Olive Oil

25 of Parmesan

  1. Pulse the carrot tops and basil into a paste in a blender
  2. Add chopped walnut and cheese and continue to pulse
  3. Add olive oil until the paste is desirable
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
